August 14, 2002:
Our next meeting will be at the North Las Vegas Airport, Grand Canyon Room beginning at 7:30PM, come early and bring a friend for some great hangar flying. Do not forget that a group of members will be having dinner at 6:00PM at the Foothills Ranch, 3377 N. Rancho Road on the west side of Rancho.

August Meeting Guest Speakers:
We will have our own chapter members David Brown, Mike Smith and Ken Wyatt. This elite group will present a program on formation flying. Be sure to ask all of your questions.

We want to say “Thank You” to Mike Smith and Ken Wyatt for an Excellent Presentation on the “Slow and Low Home Coming of the Aeronca Champ” Fargo, ND to North Las Vegas, NV.

EAA Youth Air Academy:
The chapter has sponsored David and Brenda Brown’s son _______ to the EAA Air Academy in Oshkosh during the EAA fly-in (July, 2002). We hope ________ learned a lot about aviation during his stay in Oshkosh and will give us a complete report upon his return.
